Aaron Constantine

Executive Chairman

Mr. Constantine is a Founder and Chairman of Leeuwin Wealth, a leading wealth management and capital markets advisory firm based in Western Australia.

With over 39 years of experience in the equity capital markets, Mr. Constantine has a distinguished career in structuring and executing capital raisings and advising on mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited, and as Executive Director Head of Corporate Finance at Patersons Securities Limited, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s growth since 1999.

Beyond his work with Leeuwin Wealth, Mr. Constantine is Chairman of EverAbility Group Limited, the parent organization of Guide Dogs, VisAbility, and Kites Children’s Therapy in Western Australia and Tasmania. He also serves as Chairman of the Guide Dog Foundation and sits on the boards of several investment companies.

James Cullen

Mr Cullen has served as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Energy Ltd, a leading Australian power generation business, since June 2015. Prior to joining Pacific Energy he was Chief Executive of Resource Equipment Ltd (2008 – 2014) and PCH Group Ltd (1995 – 2007), both of which were ASX listed resource sector service companies with national and international operations until being acquired under takeover transactions.

He has extensive commercial and practical experience in growing businesses domestically and internationally, both organically and through acquisitions.

Jamie has considerable financial, management and corporate governance experience and has served as a Director of several listed companies. He is also a Board member of Guide Dogs WA and Ear Science Institute Australia. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to his CEO roles was a finance executive in the motion picture industry in Los Angeles and before that was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and the USA.

Stephen Lauder

Mr Stephen Lauder has founded, operated, and managed national organisations in Australia for the past 35-years, bringing a wealth of experience to Chesapeake Capital.

Steve established AHS Hospitality, the largest provider of outsourced labour services to the Australian hotel industry, generating employment for more than 5,000 employees. After the success of AHS Hospitality, Steve using his extensive knowledge of hospitality and private-equity to establish Pacific Hotel Group Pty Ltd, operating upper-midscale accommodation across Australia. Pacific Hotels identifies and acquires assets with uplift opportunity, presenting appealing returns for investors.

Steve is a founding shareholder of Barolo Investment Partners which is a PE focused fund manager which has a compelling portfolio of diverse and emerging investments. Additionally, Steve is the Director of Perth-based investment company, Clover Capital.

Greg King

Mr King’s background in the financial and property industries spans over 30 years and has been applied directly to the investment philosophy behind Chesapeake Capital.

Greg is a co-founder of Ascot Capital Limited, a leading property developer in Western Australia. Notable projects include Jandakot City, comprising of 800,000sqm of leasable commercial and industrial space, valued at $1b. In addition to developments in Australia, Greg has also acquired, developed, sold and listed real estate in the United Kingdom and South Africa.
